How to reschedule your order and change your delivery address.
Your guide to understanding the impact on delivery times for standard and express deliveries
- The delivery process is initiated once your order has been handed over to our courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, and an estimated delivery date will be generated.
- If you need to reschedule a standard delivery, please contact our customer support via email at info@litehouse.co.za or WhatsApp us on 066 298 7604 as soon as possible. *Please note for express deliveries, rescheduling is not possible.
- We will work with our courier service to accommodate your request and log a request to them to advise when you will be available.
Please note: Rescheduling your delivery may result in a delay of one or two business days, depending on the courier's next available delivery date in your area.
Express Deliveries: For express deliveries, which are typically completed within 1-2 business days, rescheduling is not possible. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed.
