Great News! Extended Warranty on All Bulb String Lights

We're excited to announce an extended warranty on all Litehouse bulb string lights, effective for purchases made on or after May 1st, 2024! This means both our plug-in and solar lighting products now come with a 2-year warranty.

What's Covered?

This 2-Year Warranty does cover:

  • Faulty Electrical Components: This refers to any malfunction within the electrical parts of the string lights that prevent them from working properly. 
  • Manufacturing Defects: These are issues that occur during the production process of the string lights and cause them to be faulty. Although rare, this can happen 1-3% of the time.

  • For Solar String Lights: This includes all components of the solar string light system: Durable String Light, Solar Panel, Waterproof Connections & Bulbs
  • For Plug-In/USB String Lights: This includes all components of the plug-in string light system: Durable String Light, Plug, Waterproof Connections & Bulbs

With this extended warranty, you can enjoy your Litehouse string lights with confidence, knowing you're covered if any unexpected problems arise.

What's not covered? 

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: As with any product, bulb string lights will naturally wear down over time. The warranty doesn't cover this gradual decline in performance.
  • Improper Use or Installation: If the string lights are damaged due to incorrect use or installation (not following the instructions), the warranty won't apply.
  • Damage from External Factors: This includes events beyond our control, such as power surges, extreme weather conditions, or vandalism.
  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Minor scratches, dents, or discolouration that don't affect the functionality of the lights aren't covered.
  • Modified or Repaired Products: If someone unauthorised tampers with the lights and it causes a problem, the warranty is void.

While the Litehouse 2-year warranty applies to all Bulb String Lights, we remain committed to exceptional product quality across our entire range. For your peace of mind, a comprehensive 1-year warranty still covers a variety of other Litehouse products, including:

  • Lanterns & Candles: This covers any defects in materials or workmanship for lanterns and candles.
  • Fairy Lights: Enjoy peace of mind knowing your fairy lights are covered against manufacturing defects for a full year.
  • Accessories: Any functional or aesthetic issues arising from the manufacturing process of Litehouse accessories are covered under this 1-year warranty.
  • Replacement Bulbs: Even replacement bulbs purchased for your Litehouse products are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for a year.
