Infrared Heater Assembly Steps

1️⃣ Pass Power Cord Through Base

  • Feed the heater’s power cord carefully through the opening in the base.

  • Ensure it sits neatly inside the cable channel on the underside. This will prevent accidental pinching or damage.

2️⃣ Secure Base to Heater Body

  • Align the base with the bottom of the heater.

  • Firmly press it into position, ensuring it locks securely.

  • Double-check that the power cord remains properly placed in the cable channel.

3️⃣ Attach the Cable Clamp

  • Place the cable clamp over the power cord where it meets the base.

  • Use the two screws (from Accessory Kit A) to fix the clamp in place.

  • This step ensures the cord stays secure and protected from strain.

4️⃣ Secure the Base Plate

  • Use the four base plate screws (from Accessory Kit A) to firmly attach the base plate to the underside of the heater.

  • Tighten each screw evenly to ensure stable support.

5️⃣ Prepare for Ground Mounting (Optional)

If you’re ground-mounting the heater for extra stability (recommended for outdoor setups), follow these extra steps:

6️⃣ Attach Ground Plates

  • Place the four ground plates (Accessory Kit B) over the heater’s rubber feet.

  • Secure them using the four ground plate screws (Accessory Kit C).

7️⃣ Mark Hole Positions

  • Position the heater where it will be permanently installed.

  • Use a pencil or pen to mark the positions of the four mounting holes through the ground plates.

8️⃣ Drill and Insert Expansion Plugs

  • Move the heater aside.

  • Using a 8mm drill bit, drill four holes at least 40mm deep at each marked position.

  • Insert an expansion plug (Accessory Kit D) into each hole.

9️⃣ Fasten with Expansion Plug Screws

  • Align the heater back over the drilled holes.

  • Insert the expansion plug screws (Accessory Kit D) through the ground plates into the expansion plugs.

  • Tighten securely to ensure the heater is firmly anchored.
