Step #1: Place Your Order Online

  • Visit our website and complete your purchase as usual by:
    Browsing our Litehouse website for the products that you want, and add them to your shopping cart. 
  • Select '' Secure Checkout'' and enter the details that are required.
  • You will be prompted to enter your full delivery address for invoice purposes.
  • You will need to complete your payment with your preferred payment option.

Step #2: Send Us Your Order Number

  • Once your order is placed, send your order number to us via WhatsApp on +27 66 298 7604. Our team will confirm and prepare your order for collection. Please notify us as soon as your order has been placed to avoid it from being processed for shipment.

  • Collection Details

    • We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Simply visit our warehouse to collect your parcel- Warehouse

Terms and Conditions

  • This option is exclusively available for customers based in Cape Town with orders over R599.00 or more. If your order has already been processed for delivery, it will be shipped and delivered as per the selected delivery option. *Should your order be below R599 and you live in Cape Town, a personalised invoice with no shipping costs needs to be created for you.   • NB: Please wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order to ensure it is ready and available. We need at least 30 minutes warning to prepare your order should you be collecting.
  • You will only be able to collect during business hours. Please take note of our business hours below: 
    • Monday-Thursday: 08h00-16h30
    • Friday: 08h00-15h30
    • Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
